Purchase process
PURCHASE PROCESS
1. Please carefully select a puppy that best suits you and/or your family. Please thoroughly research the breed you are interested in before making your decision. Each breed has its own distinctive traits. You can contact The Broker via email
concierge@luxuryteacuppuppy.com with the name and breed of the puppy you like, including your destination in order to be given the exact price including shipping.
2. Once you have chosen your puppy, a sales form will be emailed to you requiring a non-refundable deposit of $1000 in order to reserve your puppy. The Sales form is usually the one provided by The Seller/Breeder or The Broker (Luxury Teacup Puppy). Once the deposit has been made, the remaining balance must be paid within 2 weeks. Some Sellers/Breeders work differently therefore please inquire about the puppy you're interested in for us to explain the purchase process. Some prefer to be paid directly by The Broker (Luxury Teacup Puppy). Payment methods vary from one Seller/breeder to the next therefore please inquire. Luxury Teacup Puppy accepts Bank Transfers and Paypal for Business. Credit Card payments are not currently available.
3. Please make sure to fill out the sales form correctly and email it back to The Broker and/or The Seller. This will be needed for the shipping and the airline to contact you.
4. Once the payment has been finalised, the flight will be booked by The Seller, NOT The Broker. An agent from cargo/the airline will contact you to confirm the flight. If you’re not contacted a week before the scheduled delivery please inform The Broker/The Seller.
5. The price of your puppy includes: Vet-check up, all customs papers, Vaccinations (DHPPL - Distemper, Paro Virus, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Leptsopria - Rabies, Parasite treatments), Health Certificate, Microchip, Travel crate, Shipping (1 direct flight) and a one year Health Guarantee (Congenital diseases of the heart or brain) - Breeders offer different Health Guarantees (Should you request this information you'll be informed once you have chosen your puppy)
6. Please check with your country’s customs to determine what your additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Customs clearance charges are NOT INCLUDED in the final price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
7. The role of The Broker is to introduce The Client to The Seller, once a sales form has been sent out and communication has begun, The Broker is no longer responsible for the trade thereafter. Any financial matter or dispute remains solely between The Client and The Seller, The Broker is not held responsible for any trade transaction whatsoever.
DELIVERY
We provide 2 options for delivery
CARGO
· With the current COVID19 pandemic, the delivery options can change without notice.
· The Air cargo option will require your puppy to be picked up at the international airport closest to you. Although connecting flights can be arranged as multiple stop flights this can be quite stressful on the puppy and is therefore not advisable. Puppies requiring shipping to non-direct airports require a pet shipper which can be found online https://www.ipata.org/ or via other pet relocation companies.
· The Air cargo has a space designated for live animals. Therefore, it is safe and comfortable (air - conditioned) for your new puppy.
NANNY SERVICE
· An experienced pet nanny will fly with your puppy in the cabin for an additional fee (the cost will depend on your location).
· This option requires more flexibility than cargo shipping. The nanny will keep in touch with you throughout the journey until he/she delivers the puppy to you.
This option is available for certain countries, please inquire with your destination.
DEPARTURE
· As mentioned above there is the option of using a pet shipper for non-direct flights, this will be an additional fee either paid directly to the pet shipper or organised via the Broker/The Seller and then included in the final price.
- Every puppy must have a final vet check-up before departure. If for any reason there are any changes to the arrival date, you will be notified.
- Even though The Seller will book for the specified date, it is not guaranteed until they receive confirmation from the airline.
- Safety is top priority. All the puppies have been delivered safely. The Seller has the right to delay the delivery date if it risks a puppy's health to be delivered at another date.
- Please check with your local customs and transportation airline for any fees related to the import of a puppy. Prices DO NOT cover any fees charged by customs. The Seller NOR The Broker are responsible for charges that may apply after a purchase has been completed. Customs polices vary widely from country to country. It is advised that you contact your local customs broker/airport customs for further information.
- The Broker is neither liable nor responsible for any delays or disruptions that may occur, in case of any queries pertaining to the delivery, the trade or transaction please contact The Seller directly.
SPECIAL ORDER
DEPOSIT (SPECIAL ORDER)
You can place a Special Order by putting down a $1,000 deposit for The Seller/Breeder to locate a similar puppy to the one you like if it is no longer available. The deposit is non-refundable therefore please think carefully before taking this option. The time to locate a special order puppy depends on its rarity and quality.
TEACUPS
· Teacup is not an official term used by AKC or other Kennel Clubs to describe the size of the dog. The term is also often misused, many sellers will use the term ‘Teacup’ to sell a puppy when in fact it is not a real Teacup. Teacups are very expensive therefore please be weary of any person selling a low-priced puppy. This is likely to be a SCAM! As there are an increasing number of scammers online and offline, please make sure to educate and protect yourself.
· While searching for the 'Teacup size puppy,' you will find a lot of websites claiming a short life span and that they’re more prone to illness. This can be the case when purchasing from puppy mills. The breeders that work with The Seller use small, healthy parents to breed small and healthy puppies.
· The Broker nor The Seller guarantees the weight of a puppy at adulthood. An estimate can be given as development changes can occur during a puppy’s growth. Universal weight charts are used to give estimates, along with the experience of a specialised teacup puppy vet. To guarantee a puppy of a specific size, it’s advised to purchase an older puppy at around 8 months old, as this is when they usually stop growing. A puppy is not an item, it’s a living thing and can therefore change as all other living things are prone to changes.
· The Seller is highly against puppy mills and inbreeding, which can be the main cause of such health issues and the lifespan of the puppy.
· The Seller works solely with reputable, ethical breeders and handpicks the best puppies available in each litter.
· The Boutique for TEACUPS is located in South Korea (Seoul).
· Luxury Teacup Puppy also works with breeders from other countries (US, CANADA, EUROPE, UK) when searching for breeds that aren’t offered or available with our other Sellers. Please note these will NOT be Korean Teacups but standard sized breeds.

This would be an additional fee as this is NOT included in the final price. Please note there is NO guarantee that either The Broker or The Seller will be able to locate a pet shipper for every destination, we will do our very best to deliver your puppy to your nearest airport working alongside a pet relocation company. In most cases clients are happy to collect their puppy from other airports, if this is not the case, this is an extra service provided to our clients. Please note that neither The Broker NOR the Seller can be held responsible for any flight/delivery delays due to constant changes in rules and regulations of every country, this also applies to customs. Please note that the law for Europe, UK, Qatar, Turkey and China, the law for the import of Korean Teacups is 7 months old. It's 4 months old for US/Canada, Mexico, Philippines, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia , UAE and Egypt. Australia, New Zealand and Singapore the law is 10 months old. For all other puppies coming from US/Canada/UK and Europe the law is usually 4 months old but please check with us as countries can vary and rules and regulations are subject to change.
